By booking an appointment with LunaNoire Tattoo Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Deposit

A €50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure normal appointments.

A €100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your day session appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo.

Appointments are only confirmed after the deposit has been received.

Pricing

The studio has a €100 minimum but all tattoo prices vary depending on the size, placement, level of detail and design.

A final price or estimate will always be discussed before your appointment begins.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once using your original deposit.

Your new appointment must be booked within 24 hours of cancelling or rescheduling.

After one reschedule, a new deposit is required for any future changes.

If a new appointment is not scheduled within 24 hours, the original appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled.

In this case, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit is required to book another appointment.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you decide not to proceed with your appointment, your deposit cannot be refunded.

Minimum Age

You must be 18+ or 16+ with a parent or legal guardian to receive a tattoo at LunaNoire Tattoo Studio.

Valid identification may be requested before your appointment.

Numbing Cream

If you wish to use numbing cream, please discuss this with your artist before your appointment.

Do not apply numbing cream unless instructed to do so.

Touch-Ups

One complimentary touch-up is included within 12 months of your appointment.


Free touch-ups do not apply if healing issues are caused by poor aftercare, sun damage, picking, scratching or other external factors.
Please note that touch-ups cover minor llinework adjustments only. Requests for additional shading, colour, darker areas, new details or changes to the original design will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly.

Health & Safety

For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service if you:

Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Are visibly ill.
Have a medical condition that makes tattooing unsafe.
Display abusive or disrespectful behaviour.

Design Changes

Minor adjustments can usually be made on the day of your appointment.

Major design changes may require your appointment to be rescheduled and could require a new deposit.

Artist Rights

Our artists reserve the right to refuse any tattoo request that is considered unsafe, inappropriate, offensive, or outside their abilities.

Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by LunaNoire Tattoo Studio.

Improper aftercare may affect the healing process and eligibility for complimentary touch-ups.
