PAYMENTS & PAYMENT INFORMATION
LunaNoire Tattoo Studio uses third-party payment providers, including SumUp, to process payments made at the studio and through payment links.
When you pay at the studio using the SumUp card terminal, LunaNoire does not have access to your full card details, card number, expiration date, PIN or other sensitive payment information. We only receive the transaction information made available to us by SumUp, which may include the type or brand of card used (for example, Visa or Mastercard), the transaction amount, date and payment status. SumUp processes card payments through its own secure payment infrastructure.
For booking deposits paid through our payment links, LunaNoire only receives the information that you provide through the payment/booking process. The name shown to us is the name you enter yourself when completing the payment. We do not receive or have access to your full payment card details through this process.
Payment providers process payment and transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. For more information about how SumUp processes personal data, please refer to SumUp’s Privacy Policy.

MANDATORY CLIENT FORM
Before receiving a tattoo, all clients are required to complete a health and consent form, as required by the Dutch health authority (GGD).
The information provided through this form is not used by LunaNoire Tattoo Studio for any other purpose and cannot be accessed by individual tattoo artists. The information is only accessible to the owner of LunaNoire Tattoo Studio and may be accessed by the GGD when requested for inspection purposes.
Completing this form is mandatory. If you do not wish to provide the required information, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a tattoo.

LUNANOIRE INSIDERS CLUB & EMAIL MARKETING
When you join the LunaNoire Insiders Club, we collect the information you provide through the subscription form, such as your name and email address.
We use this information to send you newsletters, exclusive offers, discount codes, event announcements, giveaways, limited flash releases and other updates related to LunaNoire.
By subscribing, you confirm that you want to receive these marketing emails. We use a double opt-in confirmation process: after signing up, you must confirm your subscription through the confirmation email before you are added as an active subscriber.
Your subscription data is processed through MailPoet, which we use to manage our email list and send our newsletters. MailPoet processes subscriber information on our behalf.
You can unsubscribe from the LunaNoire Insiders Club at any time by using the Unsubscribe link included in our emails. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. MailPoet provides functionality for exporting and erasing subscriber data through WordPress.
